Segmentation Tags
In the world of financial planning, effective client segmentation is crucial. Segmentation Tags enable advisers to categorize and organize their clients based on their own defined criteria. This article provides an overview of what Segmentation Tags are and how they function within the ClientManager CRM platform.
What are Segmentation Tags?
Segmentation Tags are user-created labels or markers used to categorize individual clients. These tags provide a flexible categorization system that allows advisers to group clients based on criteria relevant to their financial practice. For instance, a financial adviser can tag clients who share an interest in fishing with the 'fishing' tag or categorize clients with whole life insurance under the 'whole life' tag. This flexibility supports more personalized client management.
Key Features of Segmentation Tags
Multiple Tags Per Client
Clients can be assigned multiple tags, allowing for comprehensive categorization that reflects their various attributes and relationships with the adviser.
Tag Length and Limit
Tags should ideally be short and descriptive, with a maximum limit of 50 characters. This ensures efficient and clear categorization.
