Contact Details

This section is used to store a client's contact details, and will be used by ClientManager to communicate with the client.

Cellphone  Required. The client's cell number. When sending SMS' to the client, this is the number that will be used. Foreign numbers are allowed, but must be correctly formatted without a plus. For example, instead of +27 82 345 6789, enter 27 82 345 6789. The field is required as ClientManager relies on the client's cellphone number for SMS communication.
Home telephone  The client's preferred home number.
Work telephone  The client's preferred work number.
Other telephone  An alternative number the client can be reached on. This can be a next of kin number, or an additional contact number. If you'd like to make a note of what number it is, or who it belongs to, it is recommended that you use the 'General Notes' section in the client profile (right below contact details).
Home street  The client's street number and street name. If the client lives in a complex, the complex unit (only the number, not the word 'Unit') and name should be provided first, followed by a comma and the street number and name. Different systems and documents, use different address formats. Some documents use 2-line addresses, while others use 3-line systems. To make things easy, we use a 2-line system - but ClientManager will intelligently break up the address where needed, if it was correctly provided. Example: 5 Meadow Park, 6 Main Street
Home area  This field is used to store the suburb, city, province etc. Each additional address line should be seperated by a comma. Example: Eldoraigne, Centurion, Gauteng
Home postal  The client's home postal code. Maximum 5 digits.
Postal street  Can be used in the same way as home street (see above), or can be used for a postal box or private bag. Example: PO Box 2013
Postal area  Can be used in the same way as home area (see above), or can be used to contain area information of the postal office. Example: Hennopspark, Centurion, Gauteng.
Postal  The postal code of the postal address provided.
