Employment Data

The employment data section is used to store data related to the client's occupation and related- activities.

Employer name  Name of the client's employer
Year started  The year the client started with their current employer. This is used to calculate how long they have been with their employer, and wherever else needed. There are two 'year started' fields. The field to the right of 'Employer name' refers to the year the client started at their current employer. The field to the right of 'Industry' refers to the year the client started working in that industry.
Industry The industry the client works in. You can select an industry from the dropdown menu. If the industry you need is not listed, please submit a support ticket and request for us to add it.
Main duties Enter the client's occupation and description of the client's main daily work duties. Example: Engineer: Civil engineering at private firm
Admin Percentage of the client's work hours spent on administration. This should be a number between 0 - 100, without a percentage symbol (%). Together with the other three elements of work composition should add up to 100%.
Travel Percentage of the client's work hours spent on travel. This should be a number between 0 - 100, without a percentage symbol (%). Together with the other three elements of work composition should add up to 100%.
Supervision Percentage of the client's work hours spent on supervision. This should be a number between 0 - 100, without a percentage symbol (%). Together with the other three elements of work composition should add up to 100%.
Manual Percentage of the client's work hours spent on manual labour. This should be a number between 0 - 100, without a percentage symbol (%). Together with the other three elements of work composition should add up to 100%.
Foreign travel required Does the client's work require them to travel outside the borders of the country on a regular basis?
Dangerous work elements Do any elements of the client's work hold any danger of injury or death? For example, working at heights or underwater.
Description of dangers If you answered 'yes' to the previous question (work dangers), you can provide details of the danger here. You can enter up to 50 characters.
