Messaging Credits

Each time you send an SMS or WhatsApp message via ClientManager, your credit balance will be debited. SMS messages consume 10 credits per 140 characters, and WhatsApp messages consume 1 credit per message. Chat requests and template messages sent as the first message within a 24-hour window will consume 2 credits each.

If you need to recharge your credits, you can do so by going to the Billing section and clicking 'Buy more credits'. ClientManager operates on a prepaid system, making it easy to manage your usage.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required for sensitive actions, such as password changes. Practices will use their own credits to send 2FA messages, as each practice's CRM instance runs on its own messaging profile. Two-factor authentication messages will only consume 3 credit per message (instead of 10 credits as with a normal SMS).
