WhatsApp for ClientManager

ClientManager allows you to send WhatsApp messages to clients directly from the CRM. The WhatsApp feature in our CRM enables you to start and manage conversations with clients directly from the platform, following compliance guidelines for message initiation and ongoing chat management.

Starting a conversation

To initiate a WhatsApp conversation with a client, you must begin by sending a template message from the pre-approved list. Once the chat is active, you can freely exchange messages within the 24-hour window. If the client initiates the conversation, the template is not required, and you can respond directly.

To start a WhatsApp conversation, go to the client's profile and click the WhatsApp icon in the bottom left.

If the client has already started the chat, you can type and send your message directly. To initiate a chat, click the three dots next to the chat box, select 'Initiate a conversation,' and choose a template message from the list.

You'll see a preview before sending. When initiating, the client will receive a confirmation message and must click 'accept' to start the conversation.

Downloading the chat log

To download a chat log, follow the same steps as starting a conversation: go to the client profile, click the WhatsApp icon in the bottom left, and then click the three dots next to the chat box. Below the 'Initiate a conversation' option, select 'Download the chat log' to get a copy of the chat history.
