Troubleshooting: Form generating errors
In the ClientManager Financial Planning CRM, you can generate forms from a client's profile to streamline your processes. However, you may encounter some common errors while doing so. This guide will help you understand these errors and provide steps to resolve them.
1. Form Not Added to Queue
Issue: If you select a form from the list but do not click the blue '+' icon located to the right of your chosen form, it will not be added to the queue. If you attempt to generate a form, you will receive an error.
Solution: Ensure that you click the '+' button next to the form you want to add to the queue. This action is necessary to initiate the form generation process.
2. Empty Queue Error
Issue: If your queue is empty, an error message will appear, stating: "No forms were added to the form generating queue. Please choose a form from the list and click the '+' button to add it to your queue."
Solution: To resolve this, select a form from the list and click the '+' button to add it to your queue. This will prevent the empty queue error.
3. Form Generation Error
Issue: Sometimes, you may encounter an error message stating, "Your form could not be generated. Error details: ...". This error provides specific details about the issue.
Solution: Carefully read the error text to understand the problem. Attempt to resolve it based on the information provided in the error message. If you cannot resolve the issue, please open a support ticket and include the error details for assistance.
4. General Error (Oops! Something Went Wrong)
Issue: If you receive a general error message, such as "Oops! Something went wrong...", follow these steps:
Solution:
- Refresh the page to see if the issue resolves.
- Ensure you have sufficient forms credits for the transaction, as each form consumes 1 credit.
- If the problem persists, consider the following:
- If you receive an error message that says "Oops... You're out of credits," you need to purchase more credits before generating forms.
- If you receive an error message that says "Oops. Your form could not be generated. The issue is likely temporary," please wait for 10-15 minutes and try again. If the problem persists, submit a support ticket for further assistance.
