Importing your client data

You've logged in for the first time and don't know where to start. You already have a client database but it has not been uploaded to your Client Manager Practice Account. 

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Contact Support at the bottom right. Once you've clicked on the contact support button a ticket will be opened and a page where you can describe what you need done will open up. 

If you already have a CSV / Excel of your data you can upload it here and ask that we do an import for you. If you do not have your client data on an uploadable file, just explain to us how it is saved and we can advise you from there.
