It serves as a dynamic dashboard, aggregating essential events and insights from your client book, allowing you to stay connected and engaged with your clients.

Pulse ensures that you maintain consistent and meaningful connections with your clients by automating communication cadences based on life events and interaction history.

Key features

Pulse Feed uses real-time client data and updates recommendations every time you refresh the page. The feed intelligently scans and gathers crucial client-related events, such as:

• Birthdays: Never miss a client's birthday again. Pulse Feed compiles a list of today's birthdays, enabling you to send personalized greetings.
• Anniversaries: Your feed will include any anniversaries being celebrated today.
• Retirements: Keep track of clients' retirement dates and help them plan for this significant life transition. The Pulse Feed alerts you to upcoming clients approaching retirement age, allowing you to provide valuable guidance during this critical phase.
• Unengaged Clients: Identify clients you haven't had contact with for an extended period. This feature helps you recognize when it's time to re-engage and revive dormant relationships.

How to use the Pulse Feed

You can access the feed by clicking on 'Pulse' in the top navigation menu:

Your feed will include any ongoing birthdays, anniversaries, and upcoming retirement events. It will also include suggestions for client engagement based on interaction frequency. You can click on any of the "cards" on your feed to open a client's profile:
