Team Delegation

Delegation allows users to grant access to their clients to other users within the same practice. This feature enables collaborative client management while maintaining security and privacy. Users can grant and revoke access to specific clients, ensuring that the right people have the right level of access.

Granting Access

To grant access to other users, follow these simple steps:

1. Access the Settings: Navigate to the "Settings" section in ClientManager.
2. Delegation: In the Settings menu, look for the "Delegation" option. Click on it to access the delegation settings.
3. Grant Access: Under the "People who can access my clients" section, you'll find the option to invite users to access your clients. Click on the "+ Invite To Access" button.
4. Choose a User: A dropdown menu will appear, displaying a list of users in your practice. Choose the user to whom you want to delegate access from the dropdown.
5. Grant Access: After selecting the user, click the "Grant Access" button to confirm the delegation. The selected user will now have access to your clients.

Managing Delegation

Once you've granted access, you can easily manage and monitor the delegation of access in ClientManager:

• View Delegated Users: Under the "People who can access my clients" section, you will see a list of users who have access to your clients. Their names will be displayed, indicating that they have been granted access.
• Revoke Access: To revoke access for a specific user, simply click the "Revoke Access" link next to their name. Access will be revoked immediately, ensuring that the user can no longer access your clients.
