Adding comments to a task

Comments allow you and your team members to add additional details to tasks. Comments can be added at any point, by any team member, whether they're assigned to that task or not.

If you make any changes to a task (move the due date, update the description, etc.), your changes will automatically be logged as a comment. Automatic commenting makes it easier to keep track of changes to a task.

To add a comment, simply type some text into the comment box and save your changes. Remember, if you don't save your changes your comment won't be added to the task.

Any previous comments will be displayed at the bottom of the task. Need to find a specific comment? If you'd like to search your comments, simply click 'Print/Inspect Task' to open the Task Inspector view.
