Alerts
When you have a new unread alert, the CRM will notify you by animating the bell in the top menu. If you have pending alerts, you'll see the following icon:
To read your unread alerts, simply click on the bell icon.
Notifications inbox
When you click on the bell icon in the top navigation menu, you'll be taken to your alerts inbox. The alerts inbox is practice-wide, so please bear in mind that reading or archiving an alert will mark it as read for your entire practice.
The 'Unread' tab will house alerts that have not yet been archived or accessed. Accessing an alert will automatically archive it. To see previous alerts, switch to the 'Archive' tab.
