Create a new client: Natural and Juristic Persons
In ClientManager CRM, you can effortlessly create new clients, whether they are natural persons or juristic persons. This guide will walk you through the steps to create a new client and provide insight into when to choose between a natural person and a juristic person.
Choosing the Client Type
-
To create a new client, regardless of your current location within the CRM, look for the icon of a little user with a plus symbol (grey) in the top right corner of the interface.
-
Hover over this icon, and a tooltip will appear, indicating 'Create new client.'
-
Click on this icon to initiate the client creation process.
-
A window titled 'What type of client would you like to create?' will appear, presenting you with two options: 'Natural Person' and 'Juristic Person.' It's essential to understand the difference between these client types in the CRM:
-
Natural Person: Choose this option when you are creating a client who is an individual, such as an individual investor or policyholder. You will provide personal details for this type of client.
-
Juristic Person: Select this option when you are creating a client that represents an organization, corporation, or legal entity, like a business or company. You will provide information about the entity and its representatives.
-
Adding Basic Client Details
-
After selecting the appropriate client type, you will be redirected to the next page, where you can input the client's basic details.
-
For a Natural Person, this typically includes personal information such as name, date of birth, contact details, and any relevant identification numbers.
-
For a Juristic Person, you will enter information about the organization, including its legal name, registration details, and any additional data relevant to the entity.
-
-
Ensure that all required fields are filled out accurately. The specific fields you need to complete may vary based on the client type.
-
Once you have provided the necessary information, click the 'Create Client' button.
-
You will be instantly redirected to the client's dedicated page within the CRM, where you can further manage and update their information, record interactions, schedule appointments, and perform other client-related tasks.
Creating clients in ClientManager CRM is a straightforward process that begins with selecting the appropriate client type (natural or juristic person) and entering their basic details.
