Practice Display Name

Practice Display Name is the name of your financial practice as you want it to appear on documents and emails. It serves as your practice's formal identifier in all client-facing communications. To set or modify your Practice Display Name:

  1. Log in to your ClientManager account.

  2. Access the Settings section, found in the top right of the screen.

  3. Within the Settings menu, locate and select 'Practice Settings' in the left sidebar.

  4. Look for the 'Practice Display Name' field and enter the desired name for your practice.

  5. Save your changes. The updated Practice Display Name will now be used in all documents and emails generated by ClientManager.

Meeting Platform Links

ClientManager allows you to provide clients with static meeting links for popular platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. These static links allow clients to join virtual meetings directly from the invites sent by the CRM. Here's how to obtain and set up these links:

Microsoft Teams

  1. Open the Microsoft Teams desktop app.
     
  2. Select the Calendar icon in the left rail.
     
  3. Click Meet Now at the top.
    • Give the meeting a name (or leave as default name)
    • Click Get a link to share.arrows pointing to calendar button on the left, Meet now on the top-right, and "Get a link to share" button that appears under Meet now.
  4. Next, copy the link to your clipboard.

  5. Now you can past the static meeting link in ClientManager.

Zoom

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Next to Personal Meeting ID, look for the link (https://...zoom.us/j/...)

  4. Copy the link and paste it into the static links section of ClientManager.

Google Meet

  1. Go to https://meet.google.com and sign in.
  2. Click New Meeting. You'll see this towards the left side of the page next to an icon of a video camera.

  3. Click Create a meeting for later. It's usually the first option in the menu and is next to an icon of a link.

  4. Click the copy button to copy the link to your clipboard.

  5. Paste the link into the static links section in ClientManager.
