Updating your Outlook Addin
We're passionate about constantly enhancing ClientManager and our related tools. As such we will likely update and enhance the Microsoft Outlook Addin from time to time.
The ClientManager for Outlook Addin should automatically stay up to date, but sometimes Outlook will use an older version of the addin. Fortunately it's easy to update to the latest version.
Updating your addin to the latest version
1. Open the ClientManager addin panel (by selecting an email in Outlook and clicking "Save to CRM" as you normally would).
2. Right-click anywhere in the ClientManager panel and click "Reload".
3. That's it! You should now be using the latest version.
