Switching between linked accounts

The Account Switcher feature enables you to switch between different linked user accounts within the CRM. For instance, a single assistant may be responsible for supporting multiple advisers with distinct practices. Each adviser operates independently, requiring a separate user account for each role undertaken by the assistant.

To streamline the user experience and eliminate the need for frequent logins and logouts, ClientManager allows linking of seperate user accounts, allowing you to switch between connected accounts without the necessity of logging out and back in.

Switching between accounts

To switch to a linked account, click on your user icon in the top right of the screen. Click on your account name, and the Account Switcher will open.

You can select an account from the dropdown menu and click switch to proceed.
