Using this Wiki
Welcome to the ClientManager Knowledgebase! The ClientManager Knowledgebase is an electronic user guide, showcasing the features and intended usage of the ClientManager CRM software. The Knowledgebase can be accessed from the bottom of any page in ClientManager. Just follow the link titled 'Open in Wiki' at the bottom of any page, to open the Wiki page for that part of the software.
A Wiki makes it easy to reference information by providings on-page links. On-page links allow you to read more about terms referenced on any page. Links are displayed in blue, and are underlined. You can click on a link to directly open a new wiki page.

What is ClientManager?
ClientManager is a CRM (Client Relationship Manager) developed by financial planners for financial planners. Tailored to work seamlessly for financial advisers and their practices, ClientManager allows users to store client information in the cloud (on secure servers).
Using ClientManager you can quickly and easily see an overview of your practice’s performance over a period of time and even delegate tasks to team members. Client Manager works on a web interface and supports Google Chrome, Safari, and FireFox.

Getting started
If you do not yet have a ClientManager account, you should register for an account. If you already have an account, you can start by logging in.
Using the CRM
To get the most out of ClientManager, we recommend storing as much data in the CRM as possible. This will enable forms to be filled in with complete and accurate information, and allow you to take advantage of the CRM's advanced search features.

How frequently is data backed up?
Our data is continually mirrored between multiple drives to ensure ongoing data integrity and protect your information in the event of a harddrive failure. The entire client database is backed up daily at 24:00.
